EXisting guests
At Alexandra's on Second we value your time, and that of our team. We hold the appointment time specifically for you, and if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you give us 48 hour notice. All new guests needing a chemical service will be asked to leave a $100 reservation fee. This reservation fee will go towards their service on the day of their scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. Please see policies for more.
