At Alexandra's on Second we value your time, and that of our team. We believe your appointment time is very valuable. We hold the appointment time specifically for you, and if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you give us 48 hour notice.
Reservation Fee Policy:
All new guests needing a chemical service will be asked to leave a $100 deposit. This deposit will go towards their service on the day of their scheduled appointment.
Esthetics Appointment Policy:
All guests requiring an esthetics appointment over 15 minutes long will be asked to leave a deposit of half their service. This deposit will go towards your service on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded and will not receive a deposit transfer to another appointment.
No Shows will have to pay 100% of the service price to book another service.

Appointments made within 24 hours, needing a cancellation (in the same day), must cancel 4 hours prior to the appointment time, otherwise 50% of the service(s) will be charged.
The cancellation policy allows us time to inform guests on our wait-list of any availability, and allows our team to adjust their schedule accordingly.
As a courtesy, Alexandra's will send out an E-mail & text message reminder 72hrs & 24hrs prior to your appointment to confirm. If Alexandra's cannot reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees
